AC FERTILZIER COMPANY " ACFC " was created on April 27, 2022 in partnership between, The Industrial Group Fertilizers and Phytosanitary Products EPE ASMIDAL spa and The Industrial Group Manadjim El Djazair MANAL Spa holding respectively 37% and 19% of its social capital, on the one hand, and the two Chinese companies WUHUAN Engineering Co , Ltd. holding 34% and YUNNAN TIAN'AN Chemical Co. with 10% of the shares, on the other hand, and this for the realization of the Integrated Phosphates Project.
